Sherman White
Station Access Intern
Hi my names is Sherman White, (Sherm for short) I was born and raised in the "303" Denver Co. I'm one of the newest interns here at OMF. I'll be one of the guys you'll see in the equipment room, I'm pretty green to video/production although i've been interested all my life. Thats why I'm here, to learn as much as I can and utilize these resources. I'm a man of conviction and comedy, I stand firmly for what I believe in and I believe that in life we need to laugh through the hardships. Now that I have introduced myself it's time for me to go get my voice out there, see you round the cage.
Victoria Shearer
Development and Fundraising Intern
My name is Victoria, and I live with my husband and two house bunnies in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver, CO. I have been in the Denver area for fifteen years now.
Over the years, I have have learned a number of diverse skills, including freelance photography, working as a chef and instructor at a cooking school, and making and selling artisan crafts.
These and other experiences have taught me how best to conceptualize, plan, organize, and execute various endeavors, especially in the field of Event Coordination. I was thrilled to discover the OMF Development and Fundraising Internship, where I could play to my strengths and perform tasks that are both mentally stimulating and personally rewarding. How could I resist?
I consider myself fortunate to have had so many opportunities to create, not only with my mind, but with my hands and imagination. I am proud of every project I have carried out over the years, whether it be an embroidered pillow, a whimsical needle-felted animal, a beautiful meal (where's the wine), or a non-profit fundraising event. The last event that I coordinated was The Bunny Boutique & Open House for the Colorado House Rabbit Society, which raised a record amount of money for the organization!
Being a healthy girl, hey this is Colorado, my other pursuits include walking with my husband and running outside (no treadmills), and lifting weights. I also enjoying movies and books, especially books on tape that I can appreciate while I craft.
Fun Fact: I do not have a microwave.

Corey Schneider
Production/Editing Intern
My name is Corey Schneider, and I'm a Production and Editing Intern. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, I graduated in 2010 from Ohio University with a degree in Video Production and a minor in Film. After graduating from college, I moved to Nashville, Tennessee where I worked on several movies, television shows, commercials, and music videos. I decided to move to Denver on a whim because of my love of the mountains and desire to live out west. I've produced a few of my own shorts, and am also passionate about screenwriting. If you ever need a hand on a project, don't hesitate to ask. I am obsessed with skateboarding, photography, music, movies, hiking, and history, so if you enjoy any of these things please come introduce yourself!

Susannah McLeod
Production/Editing Intern
Originally from Augusta, GA, Susannah McLeod has performed professionally in musicals and plays across the country. She now combines her passions for entertainment and travel as a co-creator, host, producer, and editor of Sus & Chlo on the Go, a travel show for anyone determined to live more and pay less. After moving to Denver last May, she stumbled upon DOM/OMF while looking for a way to improve her video production skills. After learning about all the organization does to improve the community (and the world,) she knew she had to apply- and she’s stoked to be on board!

Marty Stuart
Web Intern
I am 25 years old and just moved to Denver from Shreveport, Louisiana. I received an associates degree in telecommunications from Bossier Parish Community College. Being the new web intern at OMF is a lot of fun. I get to work on new projects and am gaining lots of real-world experience in web development. In my free time, I like to go golfing when the weather is nice.

Langston Conner
Media Education Intern
I was born in Los Angeles California, moved around the Continental United States until 1992, when my nomadic family made a home in Denver, Colorado.
My love of creation and production drove me to achieve a B.A. in Computer science from Westwood College with an emphasis on Game aesthetics focusing on 3d environment design for games. During the process of gaining my education I came to realize that these skills I have acquired and developed can be used in the majority of visual media.
One question came to mind. How can I give back? Are we here to be distraction or to add to the full potential and greatness that man will be? My roots can be collected from many aspects of the human experience. The creation of a concept to it development to it production is a thrill for me some people jump out of planes to get a thrill. I gain my thrill from the creation and manifestation of new ideas.
Being a Media Education Intern at Denver Open media has given me a new platform on which I create and learn with other like-minded individuals. I would highly recommend that any all who can intern here at Open Media Foundation do so in turn I hope you find your purpose.
