New DOM Hours Starting January 3, 2012

After reviewing member use of Denver Open Media for the last few years we have decided to make a slight adjustment to our hours of operation Tuesday-Friday. Our new hours will be Tuesday-Friday 1pm-8:30pm and Saturday will remain at 11am-6pm effective January 3rd, 2012. We hope that this change will be a positive one and will be more convenient to our members.

We have decided to make this adjustment due to the many requests to open earlier and to the fact that there is often very little activity at DOM after 8:30pm. Please also note that class times many not reflect DOM's new hours of operation and may end after DOM closes. Please see the details on our site for each class's hours.

DOM is not an independent entity, but a project supported by the Open Media Foundation, designed to be managed by the community and operates 3 Comcast cable channels in Denver: 56, 57 & 219.  Channel 56 is programmed directly by over 200 community producers, while channel 57 is scheduled by the viewers, with the top-rated programs getting the best time-slots and most repeat airings.
