The Open Media Foundation seeks a Project Manager to coordinate the creative services that OMF provides to nonprofit and government clients. This role will oversee the development and execution of a wide range of projects delivered by OMF’s staff and volunteers with a focus on optimizing efficiency and impact for the organizations we serve. The Project Manager will report to OMF’s Creative Director.
The Open Media Foundation is seeking a talented project manager to coordinate the work of our diverse team of creative professionals. We are communications technology experts who are committed to raising public awareness and expanding civic engagement for nonprofit and government organizations. We need a dedicated project manager to help ensure our team members, contractors, and volunteers are working in a coordinated, efficient manner to maximize impact for our clients. Whether we’re developing a marketing and communications strategy, building a website, or producing videos, the project manager will be responsible for working with OMF and our clients to ensure that projects remain on-track and coordinated around our clients’ goals.
Unlike most project management roles, this position has the added challenge of working not only with trained professional staff and contractors, but also with a mix of interns and skilled outside volunteers who often supplement the work of our internal teams and keep costs affordable for our clients without sacrificing quality. Together with our Impact Manager, the Project Manager will work to fully understand each client’s mission, vision, and goals, and to design our projects to capitalize on the unique opportunities and resources of each client. Together with our Creative Director, you’ll create bids and timelines while communicating with clients to execute plans within budget and on-time.

This is a full time position paying $50,000 annually. Benefits include health insurance, including vision and dental, and a flexible PTO policy with a paid one-month sabbatical every three years. Employees also receive free access to video, audio, and studio production equipment, plus unlimited access to OMF’s training programs. OMF is located in the Santa Fe Arts District, with easy access to light rail, tasty breweries, and some of the best tacos in Denver.
