Though electronic media production and distribution are more accessible than ever, they still require a certain skill set. If people aren't given the opportunity to learn these skills, they begin to lose their voice. The philosophy behind the classes offered by the Open Media Foundation is affordability, accessibility and practical application. Although any member of the community can access these classes, the Open Media Foundation also provides equipment certification for Denver's community access TV station, Denver Open Media.
